Neurology Executive Leadership. What a joke

This division is run by assclowns who are too dumb to understand the industry or the market. So sad to see great people be managed down by unintelligent, primary care managers who are getting crapped on by the “upper” management. How many territories have they white spaced? They aren’t backfilling any positions, people are making lateral transfers to oncology and our budgets are non existent and Kristy wants us to ignore this because patients need fycompa. I wonder if we will get laid off before or after the holidays.

The problem starts with CEO Naito and Ivan. The only people who survive in upper management are the ones who dont think and say yes to everything those two want

Shame on Eisai. Some responsibility falls on the reps that didn’t see this coming ahead of time, but sorry for everyone nonetheless. They clearly don’t care this is just one more reminder, especially after forcing most of us to get the jab, then letting Fycompa go not very long after.

Sadly that’s not true, other companies are way more reasonable about exemptions and willing to make concessions for the right talent. Bottom line is Eisai is in for a rude awakening and deserves what’s coming to them.

Exactly why I left. Wasn’t even asked about this nonsense when interviewing elsewhere.

“sadly”? Willing to make concessions for the right talent? What’s the problem here? Holding out for the right talent and taking people who weren’t risks to patients with underlying conditions and that’s sad? Sad for you

The only people with underlying conditions now, sadly, are the ones from heart conditions from the thing we can’t talk about.

Sadly, the CDC is finally investigating why people are stroking out from taking the thing. You want to concession that?
