Happy at Eisai with neurology position

This company is a mess...I joined here thinking the 'rumors and reputation' were overblown. Not so at all they were understated. It is the worst run company, most toxic culture, with the weakest leaders imaginable.

There is a reason turnover is so high...
 




























I left and did go to a big pharma company but, they have a pipeline that is great. I'm in lung cancer now and there management seems to know what they are doing which is a weird change coming from Eisai. Eisai is just poorly ran and people stay because they can't leave and, Eisai isn't going to let anyone go because they need people all the time due to the revolving door. I'm not sure how oncology stays in business. As soon as the one product is gone soon, what do they have, empty promises of buying a company. They other products they are counting on are being found out as too toxic.

Ignore the haters. They will only end up telling you the truth. The culture sucks, leadership sucks, oversight sucks, raises are a joke, and morale rivals Sing Sing.

Sometimes truth should be ignored. Many times it’s best to find out on your own.

BTW, if you are female, pay no attention to the various allegations of sexual harassment. They are true…most of them, anyway.
 
















No I am not happy here and am trying to leave. I have a field ride with my manager every other week. Every month I have had one of the following in my car as well: compliance, marketing, training, 3rd party marketing co, area sales director. It doesn't stop! I have had offices tell me not to bring anyone else in or I will be banned. So NO I'm not happy here.

Worst “leaders” I’ve ever worked with after almost 3 decades in Industry…you are probably smarter, more intuitive and objective minded than your next 3 direct senior leaders above you. Frustrating, chaotic and “ground hog day” minded with endless account reports required in every platform with some involving 14 tabs to complete…really?!
