There won't be any tie breaker for the Gold Crown. I will take it to the thousandth of a percentage point if I have to in order to declare the winner of the Gold Crown.

Honestly, I haven't done the calculations yet and won't until the next 3 games are played so I have a firm grip on who the winner is or might be.

Leave the math to me. I am as honest as the day is old. I would not screw my worst enemy if he righteously won the Crown.

I would not give you 2 erroneous losing picks, White Trash. I am not wired that way. I will simply do the math and report the winners - and keep the personality thing out of it.

That's why I stood up for you and exposed the bogus 20-9 score. You can trust me. :)

I don't blame you for not coming round here no more, you got to be hiding in shame, not only is the real bronco beating you like a drum, Muff Muff and Sheriff Due-Doo are beating you, I hope you have learned your lesson and do not show up again next year. I do have to give you credit, you at least made your picks during the regular season intresting, unlike the bobbsey twins that showed up for the bowl picking.

If you were grounded in reality you would realize that this game is all in fun. No one is going to lose one second of sleep over the results except you and your other personalities.

I've handed him a piece of his ass so many times I've developed bursitis in my shoulder.

Don't expect him to make another appearance this year.

For the remaining picks, FT and Tink only differ by one game PITT VS. OLE MISS, if FT is correct will that be enough to pass Tink?

Bronco and Tink only differ by 1 game, Notre Dame vs. Alabama. Will the gold crown come down to the NC game? Will that one game give Bronco enough to claim the gold crown?

White trash and Tink differ by three, Can White Trash keep it up or will Tink throw the trash out on the curb where it belongs?

Pale Horse and Bama? You guys appear to be pretty far back but you may be able to pick up a spot or two.

Looks like everyone picked the Gators so tonight’s game is not going to help / hurt anyone.

For the record I have nothing against White Trash and I think he knows this. I will continually keep checking over the picks and make sure they are correct. Yes I do make mistakes and appreciate it when people bring it to my attention.

I only hate these players:

Muffmeister AKA MUFF MUFF & Sheriff Due-Doo Brown

(At least Muffmeister picked Alabama over ND and he/she is beating BroncoBoy "Broncomesiter" hmmm... That definitely does not sound like it is the same person...:)

I noticed that all players picked Florida over Louisville for tonight's Sugar Bowl except for Sheriff Due-Doo Brown! HAH!

So no competitive advantage in the Sugar Bowl for any of us. You can just let your hair down and enjoy the game.

Besides, Sheriff Due-Doo has no chance of winning the Bronze since White Trash already has it in the bag. And the Sheriff if not qualified to run in the Race for the Gold.

But the Sheriff is allowed to come to the Gold Crown Affair on Jan 8 as long as he leaves his hog and his handcuffs at home. :D

You brought up a good point that stirred my curiosity

I just checked Tinkrbelle's last 6 picks. You are correct. Her picks differ from mine by only ONE game. Alabama/ND.

I just did the math.

In the event that both Tink and I hit all 5 common games but I won the Notre Dame pick - it would mean that I would STILL LOSE to Tink by 3 one thousandth of a percentage point (53.7777%.... to 53.7449%). I will scan over it again to make sure I did the math right. But I'm pretty sure it's correct. This means I have been eliminated from the Gold Crown competition (if my calculations are correct).

The difference being that Tink did not play 2 games during the season while I played ALL the games. The total game count will be 227. Only BamaBoy and I played all the games. Tink played 225 games. So one of her picks has more value than one of my picks since she played 2 fewer games. So even if I won Alabama it would give me 122 correct picks. And if Tink lost Alabama it would give her 121 correct picks. But if you do the math (division) Tink = 121/125 and mine = 122/227. She beats me by 3 one-thousandth of a percentage point.

That's life. ;)

If the claims you made in your post w/regard to the variance of picks between White Trash, Tink and Fuckie is accurate, it appears at first glance that all three are still in the race for the Gold Crown.

That is my preliminary analysis. I have not studied it close enough yet to confirm 100%. But I think it is accurate. I will check closer later.

I know you and Pale are 2 southern buds. You tried to give Pale a break in the race for the Bronze by giving White Trash not just ONE - but TWO erroneous losses with your original 20-9 score before I called you out.

A "mistake" is one thing. But that "mistake" was too damn obvious to me. That's my opinion. Sorry. I have to be truthful and tell you what I see.

I have to correct nearly all his scoring week after week. It gets old after awhile.

And for the bowl games I had to pressure him to do a scoring update - and then when he finally did it, it was all screwed up.
