NCAA FOOTBALL 2012 WEEK 3 PICK EM!

I see in the revised AP rankings going into Week #4 that Michigan State and Michigan remain in the top 20.

Fing joke.

Why is Georgia #6? Can anyone explain that?

Stanford #11 - one spot in front of USC?

Wisconsin #24??? HAH!

Are AP rankings based on payoffs now too?

You need to wise up and realize that when I said 4-6 that meant right and wrong, not the standings in stone, I wait for BamaBoy to decide that. You are reading way too much into postings and being shitty about it. You will notice that BamaBoy has enough class just to post the standings without giving me shit about my pick time....however, I think it's wrong and there were only 2 games out of 10 that started before 2 pm that I should be disqualified for, so I have made a post about this.

I never accused Hairy of anything regarding betting or football picks - we all joked about his picks, etc., but I never accused him of cheating or anything else.

I enjoy picking these games with you all. I don't enjoy arguing or defending myself when I mean no harm.

Relax Fuckie. As we found out on the Poli Board, some people take this shit waaaay too seriously.

Sure enuf, Bama. I commit to be more diplomatic as long as Pale shows a little more diplomacy when responding to my predictions. She started off about Boise, Kellen Moore and then jumped in my shit over PAC 12, USC, etc... I can take some ribbing but flat out derogatory comments are not welcomed. I will play nice as long as the others follow suit. You notice that I give compliments when so deserved. And I give moral support to those who have a bad week. I don't force Pale to read my predictions. If she doesn't like my comments she should ignore them. And I have my own opinion on Fuckie's picks that I will keep to myself.

Let's move on to Week #4.

What about Kellen Moore?

What about Kellen Moore?

Kellen Moore did not suit up last night. Nor will he, as long as Stafford is upright. After two week, SF looks like the class of the league. Even though I hate his guts, Harbaugh has taken basically the same players that Mike Singletary had, and build a potential powerhouse. You have to give him his props.

Pale Horse, You actually did go (6-4) this week and I made the correction in the weekly standings. I really enjoy looking for your picks each week and your opinions on college football. This place would not be the same without you.

Dang. I always liked Alabama math better that regular math.

I'm not real good w/ nonsense.

Too bad. Maybe that was a factor in their loss to SF. All that really matters right now is that Kellen is on the NFL payroll. Kellen will get his chance to shine. And when he does all the naysayers will be silent as church mice. As I said earlier - the Lion's coach doesn't run an affirmative action program for white boys from Idaho. If Kellen added no value to the team he wouldn't get a spot on the roster. Outsiders who take cheap shots are speaking out of their assholes.

NCAA football has been (and will be in the future) full of superstars who don't ever amount to shit in the NFL. Then you will see an NFL star and wonder where he came from....then find out it was some place like Appalacian State or something. For example, Drew Brees - never heard of him when he was in college. Kellen could go either way. He seems like a good guy, I hope he does have a career in the NFL.

Although the Alabama-LSU game will be a good one, I won't need to wait until that late in the season to form a firm opinion on the quality of Bama's team. Once they play Mizzou and Tennessee I will know if Bama is the real deal. I think Tennessee's loss to Florida will make them hungrier and more determined to knock off Bama. If either Mizzou or Tennessee stay within a TD of Bama I will question their #1 ranking.

Mizzou's starting QB is still injured. He might not be back in time for the Bama game? Tennessee will play Bama tough at Neyland but since they lost to Florida I don't think they are going to be as motivated. I really don't think Bama will have a really tough opponent until LSU. Until then Bama will not be truly tested.

Sad that it took others to catch the error. Or at least to bring it to surface ;)

Simple math is not a strength of mine!

Concerning NFL players coming out of College it is really strange how some players peak at different times in their career. Some of those players in Division 1AA are very competitive. That La Monroe QB is a case in point or say someone like Brett Favre when he played for Southern Miss?
