USC is the team to beat in 2012/13. I don't like USC at all. But they would kick Bama's ass. Now if there are injuries by the end of 2012 that could change. But today??? USC would fucking roll over Bama like a 10 ton truck.

In Nick I trust. USC would have to be markedly better than Bama, in order for Lane Kiffin to outsmart Nick Saban. Nick is worth at least seven points.

AND.....I have a question for Bama Boy - I checked all of the start times for the games and there are only 2 that I got disqualified for -- the Cal/Ohio State game started at 12 pm, and the Va Tech/Pitt game started at noon. All the others started at 3:30 pm and later. ????

You need to wise up and realize that when I said 4-6 that meant right and wrong, not the standings in stone, I wait for BamaBoy to decide that. You are reading way too much into postings and being shitty about it. You will notice that BamaBoy has enough class just to post the standings without giving me shit about my pick time....however, I think it's wrong and there were only 2 games out of 10 that started before 2 pm that I should be disqualified for, so I have made a post about this.

I never accused Hairy of anything regarding betting or football picks - we all joked about his picks, etc., but I never accused him of cheating or anything else.

But my 2 teams---ASU and USC-- Really dissapointed me!!!! Boy do they need to get their shit together. USC's defense sucks, how could they let barkely get sacked so many times?? they should go home with their tails between their legs.

STANFORD TAKES USC DOWN???!!! Last week the West Coast Sports Media was talking about how USC was rightfully the #1 team in College Football. Two weeks ago Stanford almost got beat by SAN JOSE STATE!! Oregon is by far the best team in the PAC 12. Right now in College Football it's Alabama & LSU then everyone else. I would love to see Oregon match up against a real defense. Wait a second I think I have seen that match up against LSU last year. How did that one turn out? I will take defense any day over these West Coast Spread Fun & Gun offenses every single time!!

Fuckie, Thank you for pointing out that you actually did go (3-5) this week. The BAMA game kicked off at 2:30 CST but the rest were night games with the exception of the Texas A&M/SMU games that started at 2:30 CST as well. Sorry I cannot count your CAL pick because the CAL Vs. OSU game started at 11:30 CST along with Virginia Tech Vs. Pitt game. Please make a post in the thread to me if I get your picks wrong and I promise to get back with an answer ASAP. After I posted this afternoon I took the dogs and baby bama boy to the dog park so sorry for the delay. Thanks for playing this week and GO GATORS! I am glad UF is not on BAMA's schedule this year.

I agree, you cannot count two of my picks - it is what I get for partying til 4 a.m. and not getting up til 2 p.m.! I actually got up earlier, took some headache meds and fell back asleep! I tried to make my picks about 2 a.m. on my iPhone, but could not copy and paste....being drunk didn't help, either.

Gators are amazing me this year. We are still not great, but we are winning games AWAY - that in itself is wonderful. Muschamp wanted to be a 4th quarter team and you can see it in their conditioning. I was partying with a bunch of whining Gator fans saying we suck, Muschamp sucks, Driskel sucks, we are going to lose by 10, blah blah blah. I tried to tell them that we aren't perfect, but what is wrong can be fixed and some of it will fix itself after a few games. We MAY (trying not to sound too confident) meet Bama in the SEC Championship!

Although the Alabama-LSU game will be a good one, I won't need to wait until that late in the season to form a firm opinion on the quality of Bama's team. Once they play Mizzou and Tennessee I will know if Bama is the real deal. I think Tennessee's loss to Florida will make them hungrier and more determined to knock off Bama. If either Mizzou or Tennessee stay within a TD of Bama I will question their #1 ranking.
