Exactly. Just go to the meeting, paste a smile on your face, everything is wonderful, the future holds so much opportunity, our leaders are the best, laugh at their half-assed jokes, clap you ass off after every sentence, yada, yada , yada. SOS; different meeting. They're collecting their exorbitant salaries, stock options, and bonuses while we keep getting fed more BS...and less money. WE are the income producers, they are the spenders. Is there a sense of something wrong here?

We're in trouble folks, and the smoke and mirrors don't work anymore. We need these problems fixed, and fixed NOW!

Hey numbnuts, just what do you think you are worth to this company? Are you saying you are worth the value of a CEO, CFO or anyone else in the Csuite? Wake up numbnuts, you are getting paid what you are worth and no more. A dollar value is established for your position in this company (whatever that is) and you are paid accordingly. I think the c-suite/board are the biggest socialists of all. Entitled to take money they did not earn for sub-par performance/running the company into the ground.

I didn't read anything in the statement that said the person was worth what the CEO is. Where did you get that? I think the point is that the company is in trouble and to much money is being paid to people at the top for poor performance. Asking how many people make what the CEO makes in their company is asinine. Go crawl back under your rock.

He was a leader, NOT a follower ! He's in the 10% club, I speak of on here !
Take 1000 HSP employees, and MAYBE 10 of them would DARE to buck the system !
Those people who DID, ALWAYS moved on to better things, Whether targeted and fired or laid off, or leaving on thier OWN, they fought and stood up against wrong doing ! Everyone else Took it, and still Takes it, and they live in fear to this day! It all comes out in the wash
