That is correct. No offers go out until week prior to Memorial Day. If anyone tells you different, they are not telling the truth. Everyone will be contacted at the same time.
I've heard one interview is the real interview and the other one is to try and get you flustered with silly questions and follow ups from the "star" format for clarification. Heard some horror stories about just rude and obnoxious behavior by the managers. I'm looking forward to the challenge, but won't put up with any shit. I've been in this too long and have too much value to bring for this sophomoric behavior!

Totally untrue! MS management is making rolling offers for current GNE reps. Maybe you were asleep at the NSM when this was discussed. If the manager has a qualified internal candidate that they know that they want, they can make an offer.

So are they going to call before offers go out if they know you are definitely not receiving an offer after the panel interviews? Or will they drag along everyone for those weeks even if they know someone has no shot...?
Of course not. Like any company would, the offers will go out to favored candidate. Once the offers are accepted, the reserve will be called and notified they didn't get the job. This is standard practice.
External here, panels went good and managers were prepared and friendly. One did comment that I wore a suit but no tie. I said 'This is Gene, thought reps only worked 10-2 Tues to Thursday'. I gave them the one finger salute and said 'thanks for the free trip, I came out to visit my girlfriend for cinco de mayo'.
