My panel interviews are scheduled for next week, and I was wondering if those who have completed theirs could let us know how quickly offers are being made? Thank you.

No, i already got an offer and have been dealing with HR. Of course this is dependent on drug screen, credit check, license check,etc. HR told me mine was easy as i have nothing to negotiate. IE, I am not leaving stock or bonus on the table at my current employer. Also, i am not greedy, 125k is fine by me. whoever posted that they are getting 150 plus is full of it. HR said the average is 130k and no reps will get over 150k. HR did say that TLL's got high salaries that were 150 plus because their bonus is HALF that of reps. Hope this helps and good luck.

just curious.... How did you manage to get an offer so early in the process? I'm sure out of 159 territories there will be some one off's. If your comfortable, please share. Thanks!

Rude, haughty Genentech rep here, sorry you feel that way. Maybe if you worked here, you'd see that for the most part, we are very loyal to our company and have high regard for it, even if this is changed company from a decade ago.

Yep pathetic scaremongering rumour as DNA does not impose drug testing, period! Heck we'd lose a lot of good candidates if we instituted drug testing in SF bay area!

Can you pathetic and immature idiots shut up? Who care if there is a drug test or not.....unless you're a druggie. Case closed. This is a non-issue for someone that doesn't do drugs and you would have absolutely nothing to worry about. So do us all a favor and grow up.
