MRP for new DSM

<

Anyone have the latest MRP for a new manager in respiratory being promoted from EPSS?

don’t know but don’t think you will he brought 8n at 100%. Why would they? New DSM CONING FROM PSS role. There are many tenured DSM’s that aren’t even at 90%. If you find out, post it. FWIW, what was your MRP as a EPSS?

Probably not anything close to 156k.

You obviously know nothing about our pay scales. A Executive PSS at 100% MRP in Resp INH is $133,000. If they were a RST it is $150,000.

100% MRP for a DSM in 2018 was $151,000 and $142,000 in 2017.

If you are saying lower, you are obviously being underpaid or don’t know the scales.

That "executive" level must be a 5, & even then that looks high but close. Well now we know why they changed the criteria for CL advancement several years back. Damn!

What’s the MRP for a Senior Diabetes Rep? I know I’m underpaid when compared to peers I know that have shared salaries. Also, I’ve never heard that RST role was an increase in salary?!
