There are plenty of opportunities out there. The arrogant idiots in SSF thought that people were dying to stay. Wrong! Now they can start pulling used car salesmen off the lots to fill these precious jobs. By the way, your MBO annual bonus will be a nice ecosystem T-shirt for your weekly success stories. Your car program will soon be replaced with a standard Kia. Sorry, we have to reduce healthcare cost!

Heard they were extending the boundaries to 75 mi outside of ecosystem now..........the field is giving a collective "FU" to the arrogant SLT..... These CEoF morons in SSF made a huge mistake. They announced their picks for the HD and HED roles too soon. Once we found out who these bozos and liars are, you have to be desperate to want to work for them. The good RSDs and DMs are being pushed out. The CSs can read the writing on the wall. Why should we apply? Gene is going down faster than a fat stripper on a greasy pole. At least faster than I thought. Little Billy and his clueless water boy Alex are going to have a surprise of their sorry life.

Giant a-hole, weasel, and backstabber pretty much sums it up. The dude would push his own grandmother in front of a bus if it helped him get ahead. Run as fast as you can.
 












EJ is a stellar leader. Disgruntled low ranked reps that were let go, are talking trash.
I don't know him but all the well respected reps and managers I know agree with the negative comments. I asked people who have known EJ and TJ for years and all said he is a snake. Its concerning to people who are applying for jobs!

What?? I'd say the opposite. Why wouldn't I believe leaders I have trust when they share solicited opinions, personal experiences, and examples of working with this guy? Everyone is entitled to their opinions. He is obviously polarizing, so I trust my sources.
 






Put all the personal opinions and attacks aside. We all are smart enough to judge the character of these HDs and HEDs and the people who picked them. The entire selection process is a total abject failure. It is actually quite funny if it wasn't so detrimental to this company and so many people's careers. I do know this EJ character through his previous company. Let's just say that I wouldn't let him watch my dog.

Let's face it, we are all smart enough to recognize the needs for a significant reduction. Many Bio-Onc people have not worked for years, not necessarily by choice. If these kids in SSF did not fancy themselves as some sort of visionary and try to pad their resumes, they could have just reduced the sales force and rearrange the current regions by state instead of franchises. All this ecosystem crap is all smoke and mirrors. The agile and the new ways of working BS are the millennials' way for covering their impulse and poor planning. Nothing more and nothing less. They almost want to glorify their failure and mistakes so that they can cover their asses. Skilled and intelligent corporate executives don't need to use smoke and mirrors. Those who got the leadership roles are either stupid enough to buy this crap or they are just some weasels like EJ who would say or do whatever it takes to survive this corporate disaster. There are things called integrity and humility, and they are sorely missed. Where is Art when we need him. I know a few good DMs who have and value these good qualities. Unfortunately their integrity is what got them screwed in this shark tank. I hope they land in some other places and I may just follow them. That pretty tells what direction this company is going.
 


















So out of touch. There are PLENTY of top performers that are not displaced that all share these sentiments on EJ, including his peers that are amazing managers. To say these comments are posted by fired reps shows you don't really know him or you didn't care how he stabbed others in the back.
