Another round is on the way. I was just put on a PIP and my manager said this is not her but corporate....She went on saying that I needed to start looking for another job as more layoffs are coming! What a snake!
 






I'm just so shocked by the timing of this news!! Q1 earnings are due tomorrow, bound to disappoint. This is all so surprising.

Guess what? They'll be looking to refill your position in Q4. Never ending cycle...
 












On the contrary, tons of hope for labcrap and anyone with a fancy title in Burlington. Outside of that, no hope for you, the highly replaceable part that sweats and bleeds for a penny pinching corporation that doesn't care about patients and especially not you!

please please please someone from upper management get rid of VR and other worthless sales managers in Chicago!!!! I mean come on how many sales reps do we need to go through in one given year. It is the worst management I have ever seen in my sales career! Labcorp is a great company and needs to have ethical people working in this market. S Stange please take a hard look at the management style of these sales managers and ask yourself. Why so much turnover???? I know for a fact that four sales reps are leaving by Q2!!!
And PS. M Ruta please stop sending 100 emails a day to us. It's just insane man! Come on we are not five years old!!!!

LH sales team members....Know this!!! You are paid to perform. Bring in the number and your life is spared. No numbers and it is off to the recycle bin. Read your Ritz Carlton book to see if these qualities are exemplified from your management team. For potential new hires ask what the life expectancy is for a sales person. Ask to see the employee roster for the last 5 years, checking for turnover.

Most of all, understand the bargain...you are paid to turn tricks. If you suspect the hammer dropping and need more time on a job search...apply for EAP. That will get you 6 months from HR.

PS Apply on the IO side they have 4 RMBD slots open and 9 SME postions. These guys do nothing but talk science and eat lunch with doctors. Pretty easy job from what I hear from the reps.
 






Just wait till 3rd and 4th Quarter. When the numbers are out to Wall Street, you can expect a lot of pressure to prune IOP's, Couriers (use more contract couriers) RIF in the Sales Department. You do not want to be in the bottom 20% !

Expect reduction in supplies, less Customer Service reps (longer hold times)

Morale to sink even lower that what it is now.

why so many openings on the IO side, especially for RMBD role? who do they role up to?

Why wait to get RIF'd? There are many good jobs awaiting. We all know several folks who are on second interviews. Hurry and get on the night train out. Staying at this company only taints your integrity and character.
 






The leadership in NJ / Pa is the worst get out before she destroys the entire area. On my 3rd interview and like others as soon as I get my offer I am gone............ and I am a performer!
 






Left LabCrap for a job with a small lab in Bensalem, PA. This lab just re-upped with Aetna and has a full IBC contract. LabCrap is also messing up the PA-Keystone Mercy contract and it will go to another lab in the new year, but not Quest. Quest burned KM when they lost the contract. Leave now before it's too late!
 






















































This whole thread is so retarded. The is the worst company to work. People wake the hell up there are other jobs. So glad I got the hell out and went to a company that looks at me like I am a human being.
