More resignations

When one NSD, multiple reps and a few home office people resign and many others are spotted interviewing, it doesn’t say good things about the company or the future here.

It’s crazy. The phone booths on 2nd and 3rd floor have been crowded as of late. Open discussions on the floor about which company has job openings. Focus has shifted from product promotion to self promotion.

Never a good sign this many resignations especially when drug just launched late October. 2 RSMs resigned now and rumors are members of their teams will be following. Nice people, it’s a shame. When EAP stops paying watch more leave.

So we have like 30% turnover rate among sales leaders 6 months post-launch.
That’s encouraging.

I wonder what the real turnover rate is for everyone involved with Ilumya? I'm betting that may even be above 30% when you count in MSL's, FRM's and Account Managers.

It’s higher than average. When key members of senior leadership resign that’s a red flag something is not right. It’s a hit to morale.

Several more coming this month.

That’s not unusual.

Let’s be real here: no shade on anyone, but generally speaking those here are not the ‘A Team’ in pharma. So when you have Tier 3 types leaving, it must be really be bad.
People are generally intelligent, but for anyone with any real talent to remain, perhaps they really aren’t all that talented.
Know what I mean ?

No shade? May want to rethink your definition of shade. There are some great people at Sun in all divisions and at all levels so unfair to portray those at Sun as lower tier.
ALL companies have issues, not the best people in certain positions, and at times a wave of resignations, it happens. Have there been issues with the biologic launch, yes. Are those issues being addressed and fixed, yes. Have their been issues with the merge of the US and Indian way of doing business, yes. It comes down to issues that good people have worked their asses off to fix and it’s been an uphill battle. To say people as a whole at Sun aren’t talented is ignorant. We all have a right to our opinion but lots of folks going through a tough time and your comment speaks volumes at your lack of compassion.

‘Great’ ? That’s a big term. Kind of like AG saying Sun is run by world-class leaders. It’s just not the case and we thought we were getting a good opportunity when we signed on. Now, both NSDs are gone. RSMs, TMs, FRMs, MSLs ... we’re only 6 months into this!

And just briefly, if the issues were fixed as you say, business results and bonuses would be much different. So shut up.
