Some people are very successful year after year. They work their asses off and deserve their rewards. However they all have a common denominator, which is a supportive and knowledgeable next level manager who understands the business. If your next level supervisor is a thermo moron or some retread ass clown from pharma you are doomed from the start. That's where the company lost its way in this nationwide expansion, expecting magic overnight from people who had never worked in the lab world. It was an ill conceived greed grab to try and get the company sold so a few people could get rich. Instead of promoting from within and letting leadership and success happen organically it was all forced just to try and get nationwide representation. Now, it's an ungodly friggen mess.
 






The only thriving area of the country is the south...All in-network contracting. All of upper mgt from CP, JR, JS, PC and all RSD need to go or they need to start selling in the territory and finding accounts setting them up dealing with insurance and staff, if successful then move up. So many reps at this company are successful and were never approached to move forward. If you never carried the bag then you can tell others how to do the job.
 






No question the first line management team is our biggest problem. Let's start with firing the two ass clown Thermo managers that are left than pharma managers than let's start doing the right thing and promote within
 






Why does everyone hate the Thermo guys??? Don't they bring anything to the table from Thermo such as lab experience and clinical selling! If they suck why are they still here and why not let go!!! Express your opinions
 






Aren't these Thermo managers tied to bio diagnostics??? All were hired by the regional mgr who plead guilty. Maybe Fran should look into that!!! Dirty dirty dirty Thermo managers
 


















Heard the Thermo guys are interviewing with thier old boss...hmmm. Something shady is happening. Let's get rid of these guys. Heard Jamie R. Is looking to leave as well!?! Hitting heads with Jim M and James S. He is a good guy but has no balls.
