You are so stupid if you think Stuart or Miles has time for this stupidity. What is sad that it sounds like you drank the kool aid and that you think Galderma will actually be successful. If you are in HQ and not in Ax, how was your bonus this year? Only 30%? Wow, that is great, who needs money? Does that make you feel like this is a company that you want to be a cheerleader for? Do you like working with miserable people every day? Do you like working in an environment where you are doing work that is below your skill set and there is no appreciation for anything you do? Does it make you happy knowing layoffs are coming and you have no idea who will be left next month? How does it feel that the US is forecasted not to make numbers again this year?

Galderma is a very difficult sell. Nothing stands out about it and there are a lot of problems if you look too closely at the P&L. What was once a successful company is just a skeleton with low morale, no culture and daily fear. EQT have wasted time and money and what could have been a good company, has been destroyed through inept leadership. Employees are struggling as it’s a here today and gone tomorrow situation. Galderma is a very difficult sell. Nothing stands out about it and there are a lot of problems if you look too closely at the P&L. What was once a successful company is just a skeleton with low morale, no culture and daily fear. EQT have wasted time and money and what could have been a good company, has been destroyed through inept leadership. Employees are struggling as it’s a here today and gone tomorrow situation. At this pace, I can’t see us getting to Nemo. It will take a ton of money Galderma just can’t raise. We have tried every such way to raise the money needed and every said, no mas! Sales trajectories suck so you can’t get the price you need. Ax has some real competition entering the market which Galderma’s non competes can’t stop. Just look at what attainment look like there. Ax was a lot of the reason for G’s growth and now they can’t keep growing. Just isn’t a good outlook for long or short term.

This one one of the best and honest post. All very true. Unfortunately the company that used to be great is now falling apart.

Biologics are a different animal. Galderma has no experience and no capabilities to launch Nemolizumab. It will take an army of people with pharmaceutical and market access capabilities to pull it off.
Ax used to be the cash cow but no longer. Competitive threat is real especially in the US.
With all the external headwinds, Galderma is facing tough times.
