Cuts yes but no specifics. Of course we will hear the standard language about natural attrition and no filling some existing vacancies. And everyone will walk away thinking they are safe, only someone else is going to lose their job but not me. Natural attrition means forced early retirements for many and forcing out anyone who is considered too expensive.
