HSBMs got the people they wanted, threw all the accounts into the middle of the floor like a pile of preschool toys, and now the preschoolers (aka, HSBSs) take the toys they want to play with. Meanwhile, with 50% MBO, no downside on the IC as creative writing (I did this; I did that; I partnered; I communicated; etc.) prevails.

It is very pathetic at BI. They are not turning the ship to avoid the iceberg, but are busying themselves on properly aligning the deck chairs prior to collision. No wonder management is bailing out.
