The Triads are very deceptive. You can't trust those guys.
Above post very sad but true.....all one had to do is attend the launch meeting to observe the poor quality of upper management.....no regard for the sales force or RBM's...I have never left a launch meeting with such a poor picture of leadership...very disappointing...
The one thing TG has is an incredibly talented group of RAM's ...the best in the business. They will take the first retina job that comes along and still upper management is blind to that fact....their greed will be their demise...
Harvard Business Review needs to look at this pathetic display of poor leadership and write a white paper on "How NOT to launch a Company"...it would be an instant best seller...
you know it's sad when all people can do is throw dirt at people when they don't even know the individuals. i guess your negativity about the triad would've been the same if God and Jesus walked on stage, since you are so willing to form your own opinion without giving them a chance. Fact is, I think there is a better balance with the triad to hopefully get things done.

Within the company the consensus of the Triad is, KW may fit the part, but time will tell. KS we thought would also fit the part but his interest are in the wrong beds, and RP hates many at TG, if you don't agree and do what he wants when he wants, he will cry to PH about you even if its not true. Many agreed that RP should not be in the group, this is his first launch and talks as if he has had many, just like everything else that comes out of his mouth, including the number of vials projection for 2013, so we don't seem to have the right lead, we need someone that is a team player, experienced, can work with people and is not a cry baby.
And yes, we are all looking for better jobs.
So it starts...field rides like pharma 101...understand that there is NOTHING we are not doing to try and increase business and no amount of "managing" can change that...
