You help two patients a year and cost the patient and their insurance company(or my tax dollars) hundreds of thousands of dollars per patient. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Each Neuroscience rep is helping thousands of patients per territory. Is it over prescribed? in some cases yes. But this truly shows your ignorance. ADHD is actually real. These medicines help kids and adults succeed in school, work, and socially who would otherwise fail. Speaking without thinking is a sign of ADHD. You might have it

The only thing correct in this post is ‘is it over prescribed’. You should have left of the ‘in some cases’ part.

This is what everyone not in NBU thinks when we have to see them at national meetings. I’m not in rare disease but comparing selling Mydayis to HAE, SBS or PI is laughable.

So people are getting addicted to them and now the country is in crisis because people are focusing more????This is an epidemic. We need a war on amphetamines now. Crystal meth and Adderall are basically the same thing. Just meth has a double methyl component which makes it cross the blood brain faster and makes the anphetamine more powerful and last longer.
Are you saying there isn’t a likeability for Adderall and people aren’t addicted? If that’s what you are saying you are not very intelligent

It’s a schedule II drug. Of course it’s addictive and abused. Is the messaging from NBU that these products are safe and non addictive? That’s exactly what Perdue said with OxyContin. They even had studies to prove it. How’s that working out?

The individual is rude and probably has issues but they are more factual than whomever compared the 2 drug classes in regards to safety and addictive behaviors. Yes Adderall can be addictive and has safety concerns but it it is no equal to opioids which ruins many individuals and families lives every hour of the day. My understanding is Vyvanse is even safer and less abusive than Adderall. My husband has been on Vyvanse for several years (even before I knew anything about Shire) No he would not die without it but our lives would be much different for the worse if he did not have it. Not sure why the different divisions bicker so much. If we are going to hate and blame don't point at each other. point your finger down to the bottom of the "inverted pyramid" where our CEO and leaders hang out.

Exactly! We had stopped fighting for awhile and now all the divisions are fighting again! Fight the higher ups not each other! I think they want us to fight each other!
