You are more right than you think. PIP’s are going out every week. Region’s will be decimated in a matter of weeks. By end of Q2 the landscape will be very different. Leadership knew the goals were unattainable in Q1, they admitted it on the call today. They new things were slowing down. Remember leadership gets up-to-date raw numbers. They kind of know the trajectory of Rx’s For both products. They want to us to think they are looking out for us.

How was your coffee this morning??? I think you added a little too much Shire kool aid to it. That call was an uninspiring joke set with goals they know won't be reached. That kool aid won't taste so sweet for you in the unemployment line. I am not negative. I am realistic.
 






We are all about to get screwed. The best thing we can do is crash our numbers so Takeda can pay less for Shire and Flemming gets less money. Otherwise right now the harder we work, the more money Flemming puts into his pocket.

He already has. Goals were unattainable Q2 and they cheated the sales force with the stupid CAGR BS.

Now they will screw us over harder! Then when you don’t achieve and your manager is with weak, doesn’t like you, or both, you will be put on an unattainable PIP. They won’t have to pay you a severance that way, with the added benefit of crushing your spirit.

RDs this goes for you too. Better hustle your personal targets. Even though the smart thing to do is to trust your reps to target them and move numbers. You should do your best to ACTUALLY COACH and not just make calls like a rep... because they have one of those already.
 






This 2nd qtr bonus is complete BS. What a couple of slime balls Mark and Kevin are. Goals were unattainable in Q1 so now we get the same for Q2 with 1/2 the Qtr school being out of session and a third of the quarter over. In reality now that we know the goals we have 2 weeks until school is out. Good luck with that Ped reps.

1st quarter adult reps got screwed. 2nd quarter ped reps get screwed.

Very true. Pediatric reps can do this. I am dropping off Vyvanse marketing material at every elementary school in my territory to be passed out to all students key to take home to their parents. There will also be a warning letter stating if they take their kids off of Vyvanse during the summer their kids will get pregnant, get hit by a car, and or get kicked out of summer camp. None of my pediatric patients will be coming off their medication so I will be able to hit my lofty goal.
 






President Trump, Hillary Clinton and Ben recommend all kids stay on their Vyvanse during summer. No parent will be taking their kids off of meds now that this has been established. We now have an opportunity to hit goal

Do you feel good about potentially hitting goal by keeping kids on amphetamines? You’re a sick fuck. I can’t wait until Takeda just focusses on rare disease, sells off NBU, and I don’t feel like taking a shower when I tell people I work for Shire.

Isn't funny how Medicaid parents keep their kids on all summer but commercial insurance parents don't. What does that tell ya?

You help two patients a year and cost the patient and their insurance company(or my tax dollars) hundreds of thousands of dollars per patient. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Each Neuroscience rep is helping thousands of patients per territory. Is it over prescribed? in some cases yes. But this truly shows your ignorance. ADHD is actually real. These medicines help kids and adults succeed in school, work, and socially who would otherwise fail. Speaking without thinking is a sign of ADHD. You might have it
