I am sure they will roll out the Q2 bonus plan and goals. Sell more in Q2 than you did in Q1. Not unheard of in sales except for the seasonal drop in the market every Q2. Do it or else! Many reps will be put on short pips and rds will be fired in Q3. What better way to reduce the size of the NBU and not pay out severance in a takeover. Now that’s what I call a leadership team with grit and tenacity.
