This product has put everything in perspective for me. Represents everything evil about galderma. I had a girl come back to the pharmacy looking like she had her face on a frying pan. Im done with this.
 




Mirvaso works on persistent facial redness. People need to be ethical and stop saying give me every red face. This product is not for the flusher/ blusher. These patients are the ones that can't handle it!

Don't kid yourself...they are many patients that "can't handle" Mirvaso-all we can do is just provide a fair and REAL sales message and hope for the best. I am interested to see what our quotas are for Mirvaso.
 




This product is a true "game changer" it made us lay off half the sales force and put the company in a position to fail for years to come. I'd call that a game changer anyday!!!

I posted on here before that many of the derms are using Mirvaso "off label" by telling their patients to ease into using it by mixing Mirvaso with moisturizer etc (as has also been reported on online forums) when they first start. I know it isn't a method that we can promote, but I've heard that its been working out for a lot of their patients. Obviously, this won't help sales if people are using less Mirvaso per month, but...it might help increase refills over the long term.
 












































Don't bother. If you are one of the chosen, you can do whatever you want and nothing will happen. If you are not one of the chosen, or if you fall out of favor, they will dig up or make up whatever they need to in order to fire you. It's a rigged game. Galderma Code of Ethics...total joke...

I am one of his doctors and have known TJ for many years. He is well spoken, kind and considerate. I am perplexed about the rants and think you have him confused with someone else. He is so excited about the BIG trip he won as the top representative in the entire company. I hope he enjoys himself and wins next year too.
