Mirvaso

Scary that we have to sell this far off label to make this stuff work. Someone will eventually get in huge trouble trying to make bonus on this stuff and if you have to be this off label to make it work - it is not worth getting a huge fine and being kicked out of Pharma just to save this silly product. The company will clearly not come to your rescue if you are this off label and will simply blame you and you will be stuck with a big fine.

Not worth screwing around with this kind of messaging and concoction to keep your scripts moving. Then lose your job and lose the ability to continue in the industry.

You're right. We don't need to say anything. Doctors will learn from other doctors how to best use Mirvaso without a word from us. Its already happening and its not unusual. Its called the "art of medicine".

Which MSL wrote this? There are no clinical studies that provide evidence that any of this works. Not much better than the "One weird trick" internet ads.

If you're asked to mention this, just say no.

What is the purpose of Mirvaso again? To extract money from poor unsuspecting patients, while they smear this goop on themselves, and dilutionally think wow the redness went away for a couple of hours....hmmmm. This snake oil would better be sold on a late night infomercial, perhaps by the ShamWow guy. Amazing that we make money on this stuff.

Have you seen the reviews coming in for this stuff? It took our guys 7 years to 'develop' this thing and it still has the same rebound that made it unusable back in 2007. Frenchy realised it was a no go when he was still around and still decided to grease enough hands to get it released onto the market. Now us reps have a $300 lotion to push that only works for a week at best before ruining our customers faces for the next month. The joys of working at a morally and soon to be financially bankrupt company like Galderma

The guy saying you're an idiot is right. It's selling in my area. Peoples don't want their faces to be red.

Yeah its selling now because most people are just trying it for the first time and see the great results you get from the first weeks or so of use. Don't expect much more than a 20% return rate as they start hitting the rebound and never want to touch the stuff again

I have found a key contributor to consistently good results is in the preparation prior to applying Mirvaso. A small and often ignored item within the package insert states that patients should wash and dry their face prior to use. That was pointed out to me by one of my patients and I now instruct all those for whom I prescribe Mirvaso.

Thanks for mentioning it. I'll point it out to the docs I see so they can remind their patients.
