Mirati - oncology?

Meeks was a loser at ipsen. He supported those that kissed his arse. They went no where with his ideas. Then he didn’t see the issues with fergene a complete debacle. He is nothing. Ore than a start up leader for 3 years at a time.

this is already over

The commercial leadership team that was hired is not impressive at all. Very few have lung cancer and targeted therapy experience and it seems most come from hematology background. And it sounds like Meek is just the cherry on top of this train wreck! Will they be able to get this drug filed and off the ground? When/if launched abagrasib will have a very tough road with bid dosing and some AE signals, lack of contracting competing with Goliath Amgen, and the list goes on.

He blew over 1 billion on the bonehead Clementia deal. Let’s adjust that for the size of Ipsen’s revenue. It’s equivalent to the CEO of Pfizer, Sanofi or Merck spending $20 - $40 billion on something that goes up in a puff of smoke. Those things are (usually) career killers.

Listen to the JP Morgan webcast.

Amgen gets EU nod.

Commercial build out is based on 30 min time slots with leaders that never sold in Lung.

Valuation is being exposed...

More than 500 million lost in valuation and more since the PUMA rejects came onboard. Oh but they know lung cancer. PBYI is 2 bucks. They joined puma when it was 200 bucks. Thanks PUMA rejects.

East Leadership Director has never been in Biotech. Interviewed with her last month and it was similar to talking with a primary care manager. Way over her head and has less experience then all the people coming on board. HR told me my offer is coming in a week so I can’t wait to watch her stress daily about trying to keep up.
