Mirati - oncology?

ELT stands to cash out with 10s of millions or more. The examples you'll see is what they calculate is best for them. You've been given your table scraps - now stop your whining or you"ll be replaced

Mirati way! Work your way to some sort of mental breakdown, medical leave, you get fired or you can’t take it anymore and quit. The leadership culture doesn’t give a shit about the people. It’s shut up, do the work, and dont ask questions. I wait for the day when the ELT leads by example.

I assume you mean cash out if/when the company is bought. Only problem is no one wants to tough this chop shop and the POS product, at least not for a penny more than 1 billion dollars (on a good day).

They need to get rid of non value added FTEs before company fall off runway $$ no company wants to buy rotten management.
Clear deck with all departments.
sum from all comments posted…..
Too many middle management.
Bills noncmc/nonmanufacturing experience group - byeee! Cmc team does not need your “help” and confusion.
Messenger FTEs to “management” and micromanagers - bye!!
Marketing- send your sales number so we can evaluate your value add
Sitra interim analysis not good as predicted, why do they still have alll of these people on project (clinical and cmc) when everything pushed out. How is this good management of budget and spending on resources.
First marketing unnecessary spend now cmc unnecessary spend (middle management ftes and on programs that are delayed) , supply chain.
ha HA - that’s why mirati is where they are - no good leadership whatSOever.

For the the most part, the science is sound. If only the (recent) management would get out of the way and let the science do the talking.
With all due respect, eff you non-scientist in tech ops, especiallly Bill's late stage commercial team. You should've been fired 2 weeks after signing up! If you don't know the science (OSD) then you don't belong! Biologicals is a completely different scenario...... That goes for you Cindy! (And Dexter for making such a bad hire).

Frenchie and his "Game play" was the end of the road for many of us scientist. We know how to do our jobs. Oversight from "projet management" was not only not needed, but deeply hurtful.

Listen up Frenchie. We know how to do our jobs. Your initiatives have been deepy destructive. Try listening to the stakeholders as opposed to shoving a half baked plan that has no backing besides the king of the failed attempt to peddle artificial sweeteners as a weight loss drug.... You know whom I'm taking about.....

None of us are making any money any time soon

Sad the best we can hope for is loss to help with taxes

It will get worse before it gets better how do u think it went from 1 year to 2.5 year cash flow - overnight

At the current stock price, unlikely to make any money on vested RSUs.
The capital gains losses may be worth a lot more than the potential upswing. Thoughts?

Ipsen's rare disease candidate rejected after mounting setbacks, delays

“The news marks the latest and greatest setback for palovarotene, which has faced a persistent uphill climb since Ipsen acquired the drug in its $1.31 billion purchase of Clementia Pharmaceuticals in 2019. Then-Ipsen CEO David Meek called the med “largely derisked,” evidently jinxing its future development path, which has been treacherous ever since.”

And Meek can add this type of value for Mirati too.
