Chuck Baum’s selling of shares stinks of corruption with his position of power and insider knowledge. How convenient his timing was in scheduling selling shares in advance just right on time and raised by false speculation of a buyout. With a cluster of bad events happening resulting 50% of the companies value being lost rapidly right after it. Bad decision after bad decision. Blind leading the blind…. Now investors are shorting the stock and with more bad news to come, it’s is not looking good. Hostile takeover risk is high now for low dollars.

what they need to do is get donated sneakers for the people who need to be fired… so they have no excuse to get out. The tech ops on site is laughable. Spending all travel costs when pretty much no one wants to be part of a group with a incompetent “”leader”” wasting money
