Post #363 said the company doesn’t put up with dead wood or bad behaviors. If that’s true how did he last here ~3.5 yr? It’s been total pandemonium 27/7. He knows where the skeletons are buried, so my guess is he wasn’t truly fired but was given a severance in exchange for signing an NDA.
 




Good point. HR updated the severance which is timely. Pandemonium captures it. Shady shit going on across all departments.

Want to know what pandemonium is like? Go spend time in commercial and medical affairs organization. It's a shit show there, simply because its run by bunch of inexperienced shady selfish leaders who spend all their time micromanaging experienced employees or backstabbing everyone just to climb the corp ladder. The good ones already left or are probably on their way out. It's such a shame since there were some really good people in that group.

Why did they make Bill head of Tech Ops now?! He is a bad apple too and has no knowledge of CMC! Big ego with no scientific knowledge! If your going to make changes then don’t by making him in charge (not smart move; he’s sexist too !! him and the former svp two peas in a pod)
They need to bring in someone brand new, maybe this time bring a woman to run the department and get rid of this all male-brother hood at the top. 2 birds 1 stone !
Management should keep going and clean parts of the house ! Recruit ASAP!!

It will be interesting to see Bill pretend to care about us peasants in CMC. As the poster mentioned, he knows nothing about technical matters and worse yet, Bill is all about Bill. All he cares is that coveted SVP….
I would suggest acting lessons. Some might be fooled, but most will see right through.
Just echoing the posters’ position. Tech Ops could do with new blood; preferably an outsider and of the female persuasion. Enough with the good ole boy’s club!
