Mirati - oncology?

What a cluster fuck of a company with leadership like this, high staff turnover and nobody seems to address it. The stories pouring out every couple weeks by disillusioned staff informs of a passive aggressive culture in medical affairs that has pervaded throughout Covello's "Napoleonic" leadership style - her reputation stinks as vengeful, ignorant and not strategic. I never accepted the offer following the warnings... The company is being out competed on every front while they seem to drink the cool aid.

The good news is no more scissoring innuendos thrown in our faces 24/7. We have no good visionary leaders at the VP levels and their ignorance is showing. All smoke and mirror smiles.

can't believe that PO$ HOM and her BMS-rejects are still there! they have abs no vision, no strategy, no compassion, no launch exp, treat people like trash unless you the favorites, just horrible bad people all around…! Amgen is probably laughing their pants off knowing the jokers running medical and commercial there. Every recruiter I’ve talked to rec that I skip any opps because of head of medical and crappy senior mgt reputation! Firing Meek won't save the company, you will need to fire the VP MA, commercial teams, and clean house! It’s too bad because Mirati once had tons of potential, but will now run to the ground due to poor leadership

KELLY COVELLO is pure poison - I know this from previous companies. Everyone other than her close and small circle absolutely hates her at Mirati it seems Why? Insipid and insidious behavior + disingenuous leadership. Anyone who calls it out gets managed out or marginalized. Staff turnover is bad and will get worse - the best already left.

Please please call him “Meats” packin away the pork while shoveling down those meat slices

he only drools when thinking about “reduction in force” or kick backs from BD

Kelly and her evil circle waste more time and money micromanaging, doing meaningless team buildings, and giving each other high fives after throwing people under the bus than actually doing impactful work for patients...HR should really look into this or else the staff turnover will get worse very soon and lose more experienced employees who can actually help the company out.
