MiMedx an unethical organization?

It turns out MiMedx leadership has been unethical after all and the short sellers were right, at least in part. The MiMedx employees who drink the Kool Aid so much that they bought stock on the way down in the fall are in a really bad spot. I feel badly for their families. This thing just won’t recover without a capital restructuring. And commercial reputation is damaged to a degree that it will just be hard to overcome. Just another dehydrated amniotic graft, nothing special. Oh well.

Thanks for the rambling hot take. Any other words of wisdom before day is over?

Pete, Cashman, Senken & Taylor being sued in Class Action lawsuit. I hope they kept much of their ill gotten gains

What ever happened to Cashman, never met a dude that was more in love with himself. He told everyone that when he was in the navy he was on the team responsible for the nuclear missiles on the sub--Found out he was the assistant supply officer- What a knob!

The only redeeming quality the dude had, he loved the gentleman's clubs, spent a fortune in those places.

Coloplast buys Fish company for 1.3 billion. If that doesn’t tell you how screwed up things are at Mimedx, nothing will. Every CEO they bring in can’t sell this dumpster fire! The entire leadership team, past and present, including the unqualified board, have made bad decisions making Mimedx an unsellable company. There are 30 other companies that have the same products and get higher reimbursement. Who would buy a me too company with all that baggage? I have never witnessed a more incompetent organization in my career!

OI is 2 weeks away from mass layoffs. I will not entertain another company with poor leadership, so OI is out. This graft business is dying on the vine and the mom and pop shops are thriving! Mimedx, OI, and Smith & Nephew are sinking fast! It was a good run though! Hasta La Vista Baby!
