we will try and keep that in mind when you are on here crying about how your RD expects you to actually perform.
They don’t expect us to perform. They expect us to follow orders. Do meaningless tasks and rank our targets into new lists and categories, create new documents and excel sheets to waste time and check boxes - whatever they can do to actually distract us from doing our job so they can feel like they’re managing. When in reality we all fake it and it’s embarrassing our company can’t provide us with the necessary tools to actually do our job with impact.
