Micromanaging coming to try and push reps out !?!





































Management is being asked to turn up the stupid tasks and make the lives of the higher paid reps hell. They want to downsize the amount of reps by about 20%.

Maybe they know they have reps with an attitude problem and this is the way to get rid of them en masse.

You can replace us all you want but you can’t replace this garbage product. TR should go before one rep is pushed out.

That’s absolutely ridiculous. They aren’t paying their salesforce bc a few people bitch on cafepharma? Please. That’s consistent on every company’s board. They aren’t paying us bc they’re cheap and selfish. The company has changed and they once used to value the people who built the company, now they only look out for themselves. It’s sad. And people are complaining on here WITH GOOD REASON. They should be ashamed of what they’ve done to this company. Many will leave and they’ll replace them with cheaper reps with no experience and the turnover rate will be through the roof bc everyone catches on eventually and they’ll have an awful reputation in the industry. Which is fine. That’s their new business plan. So get your experience and get out. This is not a career company. Way too toxic. Way too green. Way too selfish.

If you design a bonus plan that pays your reps $1200 in bonus during a launch you are gonna run into unhappy reps.

A more profitable business plan would be to fairly pay reps a competitive industry standard as well as pay for performance thereby motivating reps and retaining top talent. Which generates more profit for the company. Everyone wins. But Supernus would rather just recycle reps and keep more money in their pocket bc they don’t care about reputation bc in the long run this company won’t exist.

Looking to hire 20% in about 6 mts. Some RD’s bring no value some do. Some of the inexperienced RD’s have no life or life experience so micro managing is just inexperience shining through. It’s a fine line of being a dick and micro manager.
