You should all be very scared that the AG can bully someone into taking a deal for something which is a common business practice.
This is nauseating.
YOUR POST IS NAUSEATING.

All not true.
Did not train the rep in the Sarah Fuller death. Was only her manager for a short time. Not at the start of the prescriptions. And not on maternity leave during death.
And Alec’s girl? No. Not even close.

They were required to pay by law but they stopped. She then had to sue them. It’s all public record. They settled probably for a small portion of her bills which were higher because she had to sue them.

These are indeed interesting times we live in. The idea that because something is common, it cannot be wrong, seems to have gained wide credibility. Likewise, repeating a lie, " Everyone else is doing it" somehow makes it OK.
Ethics, like everything else, exists on a continuum. Some people's are sound and guide their behavior properly, others have no ethical/moral compass. Their behavior is not constrained by any messy concept of right or wrong.
I always question the motives of those who tell me what, or who, to fear. More often than not, they are actually quite frightening.
Applying the now popular, "bullying" label to enforcement of our laws is both inaccurate, (a lie) and improper (wrong).
You might save your nausea for a visit to the NICU where you will see some of the innocent drug-addicted newborns, suffering the results of what you refer to as "common business practices."
I dare you to hold one of them, trembling uncontrollably, and crying incessantly, unable to sleep, eat or even be comforted. But that's not your fault now is it ?

“Ethics live on a continuium”.
Save your preaching.
A sales rep’s job is to is to convince a doctor that their drug is better than another. If the doctor was going to prescribe this opioid over another that isn’t adding to the problem.
Even if the very common practice of speaker programs is gray, the concept of an innocent drug addicted baby is not on a sales rep. Now if the doctor is prescribing an opioid to a patient who otherwise would not have gotten an opioid, that is dispicible. But THAT isn’t on the sales rep.
But speaking of ethics. Is it ethical for prosecutors to bully single moms into plea deals, post their picture, and perp walk them to score cheap political points when it will do NOTHING to curb the “opioid problem”. But, hey, the NJ AG is proud of this. It’s tweeted right under click it or ticket program. They are really going after the big fish - making criminals out of as many people as possible to justify their existence.
Yeah. Preach to me about ethics.[/QUOTe
I don't preach. I don't go to church. I'm a confirmed agnostic. People like you, however, have shown me the face of evil. So I assume there's a hell waiting for you someday.
You’ve always got what you wanted with sex or sex appeal. But now you’re vagina can’t get you out if this situation. It doesn’t make the prosecutors bullies. Maybe it’s because you’re old and lost it, but it’s probably because THEY have ethics.

I really do love these boards. There are so many people but they all fall into a few categories. Sometimes it is fun to guess.
1. (and the most popular on this board): Former employees who come on just for the pure schadenfreude.
2. Current employees who can't leave because they are toxic in the pharma world.
3. People or family members who were adversely affected by "the opioid crisis" looking for others to blame.
4. Doctors who are looking if anyone is ratting on them
5. Government officials looking for who to talk to next (yes, your tax dollars at work)
6. People who are long or short the stock trying to figure when to sell or cover.
7. Ex-boyfriends.
8. Girls who have had their guy stolen and so they are trying to spread rumors.
I am #6.
And you are likely #7. She must have really done a number on you for you to waste all your time on here.
If you're #8, get over it. He was going to leave you anyway.
