Do you at all give a rats ass about the field personnel who represent the company? Take a look at the MS postings for example. This should be the most unified team being 2 years old, one year plus since launch. Clearly this is one of the most disjointed franchises in the company. Amy V should bear full responsibility for the poor territory alignment and dissent within the ranks.
Instead she gets a GM promotion and leaves a shitting mess behind. I would have loved to have heard her SHARE story for leading this franchise to the mess it is now.....
Then again, you bring in s moonbat from Norway to lead retina and look what happens- 4th franchise head in 3 years, she doesn’t even make it 6 months. Great job vetting our leadership

In many franchsies it is to late to battle the competition because we started out behind due to clinical trial design and poor marketing execution. Genie programs don’t cut it anymore so quit trying to force down our throats. Our customers HATE us and we are just another big pharma company. The BAMs are a joke and even bigger is the joke of the leadership team. Infidelity is rampent across all levels and it is matter of time before the harassment law suit comes out. I’m surprised there hasn’t been a huge liability lawsuit yet. The alcohol abuse at this company is astounding. So many people get completely sloshed and drunk at all the meetings and it is embarrassing beyond words. How they get away with spending so much money on alcohol is surprising. I’ve been here twelve years and every single meeting there is always an incident that is swept under the rug. Nothing more unattractive than a drunk coworker. Then of course there is all the adultery going on as well. This person sleeping with that person and of course they are always married.

Dear Disgruntled Comrade
This is my master plan to force rank and demoralize the field so they all quit and we don’t have to pay a severance with he next rounds of layoff. I am the puppet master and even the BU heads are being manipulated.

I'm so glad that I left this toxic company. 15-20 years ago, it was fabulous. Not so much anymore. Enjoying my severance. Looking for a new company that has integrity.

Listen, AV is deemed a success because MS had the best launch in history, is a huge success, and she was leading it. Your vision of success and what is a mess is not what then SR. Mgmt deems success. Sorry but its time to understand how business works. Success is not having poor sales and a sales force with great morale. Im not trying to say you dont matter, i think you do, but Mgmt does not.
