Bill, is Papa Roche going to follow much of corporate America and share the windfall from Tax Reform courtesy of Trump?

It would be nice to see e few extra $$$$ in bonus and more significant salary bumps this year!

Hey Self Important FRM, I would rather handle it myself and not have to rely on you when it takes a week for YOU to get back to a customer on their issue. YOUR shitty work ethic makes the whole company look bad to our customers who are seeking help with something in your “lane”. It’s not good for anyone when the customer relys on a competitor to help them based on their responsiveness. Do Your Job and do it better than the bare minimum.

Haha hey caterer dont be upset at FRMs for providing more value than your 2 line sound bites that dont resonate. FRMs provide answers and solutions you're unable to provide or handle. Anytime a CS tries to provide assistance to an office they screw it up and provide incoherent information which the FRM has to clean up. CSs blame the FRM for their lack of sales ability. At the end of the day the Dr prescribes, and they rarely if ever don't prescribe a drug based on an FRM. If the doc isn't prescribing its cause you haven't sold him, that simple. I love the " if we had more FRM support ah ah i mean the doctor would use more of our product", lol. Funny on days i was with my CS's at accounts, CS's rarely ever sell! Seriously the CS says "hi doc hows its going", Everything ok with "x"? I walk out of there thinking this guy didn't do one move the sale at all!! He got paid to sell and didnt do a thing! See it all the time!

Pleeeaasse get over yourself. You have great products. Rep or whatever your sales role is... it's all the same. Doctors and healthcare providers laugh at all of the reps needed to sell a product. CRAZY.

Working at DNA today was like working for IBM. IBM reps did not sell they took orders.

Do you remember what happened to IBM when they got bloated and sales slowed???

You’re funny

Greetings Bill,
So now that 1/4 of the year is over, how would you rate the progress you’ve made being the henchman for Basal? The dead weight here is waiting for your next magic act to turn around the conpany’s fortunes. What is up next?

Too bad BOLD was handled so poorly. People are now paranoid, unproductive, and any kind of team spirit is gone. Trust is lost all the way up the chain and divisions are becoming isolated with some managers actually fostering this. Nice way to increase sales! Time to go.

All BOLD did was heighten the tension and enhance the back stabbing between CS’s and their matrix team. No more all for one and one for all though that is what is being preached. I’ve seen where s DM will side with a FRM and throw their own CS under the bus just to maintain cred with the FRM senior managers.

Go interview with another company. Things look pretty good elsewhere. I just took a new position today, more pay, better territory, better managers, future growth, trust and honesty. There are good positions everywhere. Get off the sinking ship soon. I never thought I would leave but feel relieved now.

You're right......It takes a real genius to handle the responsibility of saying "Call Access Solutions" or "Tell them to call Access Solutions". What would we do without you folks? BTW - that's if you actually respond.
