Merger - What Now

Riley Griffin, pharma reporter with Bloomberg News, here. I've been writing about the Mylan-Upjohn merger (https://bloom.bg/2yZqTMn) and the resulting leadership changes (https://bloom.bg/2ymaXDx), as well as investigating state and federal probes into alleged price-fixing (https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2019-generic-drug-price-fixing/). If you want to chat confidentially about this deal and its implications, feel free to shoot me a message at rgriffin42@bloomberg.net. I also use an encrypted messaging app called Signal, and would be happy to provide you with my contact information for that platform.

Is he still taking calls?

Bumping this just out of curiosity. Notice the people from Pfizer who are in leadership positions, at least the ones that are left, come off as entitled and arrogant. Maybe it is not all of them but the impression I get just based on some in-person and conference call interactions where you hear how they talk to others, is that Pfizer might not have wanted some of these folks and so they got left at the gate at Disney.
