Seriously, no, seriously, are you freakin kidding? Hey Merck, what the F#$%# is with your package insert??? That has to be the most confusing, tedious PI I've ever seen. What prescriber in their right mind would think that victrelis is easier to use than Incivek???
Enough said.
 






Doctors will not use Boceprevir because it is too damn confusing to use and they have lower SVR rates.
Roche will not sell their drug because the reps dont make any $ doing it. Merck couldnt sell this on their own so they had to partner with someone who could.

You're right, doctors will use your drug, see rash and find out that you have anemia and see through your lies and deception. Doctors will find out you are NOT concerned with patients and are just looking to profit and lose respect for all of you. They will also see through your desperation to show off label studies to attempt to sell your drug. Then guess what the FDA will fine you and that will be your doom. So keep up the good work Vertex- read your PI it sounds pretty complicated and like you hide data on discontinuation rates and rash- where's your published studies- oh that's right you only have 1 out of 3 published and 0 out of 3 phase 3 studies published. Totally lack credibility and morals and values.

And this is coming from a Merck or Genentech person. Like they have ever had any morals/values or credibility.
 






Docs are waiting for the QD/low side effects HCV drugs - - - telaprevir and boceprevir will be used sparingly! Vertex/Genentech reps, I would interview with BMS or Abbott!!!
 












Guys!!!! In the end, at least these drugs provide a chance for patients
that have not responded well to previous HCV drugs! Whichever "wins"
this war (Merck, Vertex or some other drug company co promoting these drugs),
hope we look at the better/bigger picture.... its for the PATIENTS
