I’m so sick of Medtronic diabetes. When are they selling this division? It has hit rock bottom and the management is run by idiots. They all blame the field team for the disaster.

This is the exactly what weak leadership does at Medtronic. They have no idea what they are doing, so they bring in the Alexander group consulting company who really has no idea and then they charge MDT millions. Our leaders put their plan into action. It’s not working, so the Alexander group says oh well it will take a couple years to work it’s way out, and then it doesn’t. So they start blaming the field that they can’t grow with all of the amazing products they are given, which they haven’t been given, and then it all falls apart and then they finally clean house up top. But, still no new products. Wild guess here folks, the future is not bright. But don’t worry, Pretty Boy Geoff and his band of dirty tricksters will make sure they are taken care of while the people who built this business will be left holding the bag.

You forgot the most important part! - Bring in new senior leaders from outside the industry who have zero ideas how medical devices work, to demonize the long time staff, whip up people into a frenzy for a new strategy, let them declare success and move on in a year or two.
