Maybe the role playing fast start meetings are for the reps that are left. Entirely possible we will be informed asap and they want the ones left standing with no gossip distractions. Mere speculation and am not claiming to know anything but does make sense doesn't it?

DM told us that it will be more role playing than anything! I mean they just fucked up 2 more of our pipeline drugs which will cost us $381.5 million in write offs! Analyst's are saying we're screwed and what do we do...WE CALL A DAMN ROLE PLAY MEETING!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously people, what moron gives the go ahead to waste MORE MONEY on crap like this??? Think about sitting there for a whole damn day pretending to be "engaged", when there's a good chance you will be fired in 2 weeks!!!

We have become not only THE worst managed company in the industry, but THE most bizarre!

This company passed "bizarre" a long time ago. This is a bad call on AZ's part having these meetings at a time like this. What a pathetic management group we have at AZ. A role play meeting 2 weeks before layoffs. You can't make this shit up if you tried.

There is only one way to describe our meeting, and that's "AZ pathetic". For a whole day, we accomplished absolutely nothing of any real value. You could tell that whomever put this pitiful thing together was just trying to stretch it out. It is PAINFULLY OBVIOUS that management has hit a brick wall, and has nothing left of ANY value to impart to the sales force. Now more than ever, we are taking the "check-the-box" mentality to a level yet unseen at AZ. And the reason is, they only know the things they have done over and over the last few years. They have nothing left to come up with. We role played the same old worn out useless TSI that we NEVER, EVER hardly use in the field, but that's all they know to do.

I am telling you all now, this sorry excuse for leadership we have, has destroyed AZ in the U.S. They are desperate, unsure, scared and basically impotent at this point. They have no value.

Seriously now, did you really expect to get something out of your meeting? Ours was exactly the same way, a wasted day. Management hit the "brick wall" years ago. You do have to wonder why they continue doing the same things over and over again, accomplishing nothing. What a sad state of affairs.
