Dude, how many sales jobs are there that give you an extra 50% for doing your job. Better yet how many sales jobs let you keep your job when you consistently do not hit goals. You seriously need a commission only or hi stress B2B job. Then come back and complain to us.

There's no way they're retaining 300 redundant reps for months and months, it's a waste of money. They'll be analyzing the business during the next 60-90 days so cuts can be made ASAP

Takeda didn’t want to pay the severance and so as part of the deal Novartis gets to hand pick and pay out. It’s refreshing and relieving to know that some CP posters actually have a brain. Once again idiot. Durezol goes generic this year that's one drug down and a good place to slide in xiidra as those reps would only have iilevro. Glaucoma reps call on both ODS and MDs they have 2 products. Their bags are not full

NO THEY WON'T SUFFER! THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE TWO SALESFORCES WITH ONE PRODUCT IN THEIR BAG! (Xiidra) and. (Ilevro since Durezol is generic this year).
Two products especially when they are similar (two glaucoma meds, and two post op meds) are NOT HARD TO SELL adding a third is a PIECE OF CAKE! Some of us who came from BL had multiple....MULTIPLE products in our bag. We did just fine. You are a moron and just trying to justify keeping your job. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN KEEP DREAMING! Most of us are toast, deal with it, accept it, and move on! I'm not sticking around for some shitty retention bonus when goals are crazy.

I guess tell that the novartis people who agreed and wanted the deal to take the sales force. It’s here choice to keep their share of voice. When ALLERGAN had Restasis they had 2 reps with it as the line product. Why? Because it was a billion dollar potential product But you know everything from your sales territory experience. Shoot you should be CEO somewhere because if you were running things it would be perfect.
