The highest level of micromanagement and interference I have ever seen in >20years in this industry... So much so that his SVP’s have just “given up” and are “going through the motions” just collecting the money. But behind the scenes they speak the reality including to me… It is a pathetic working environment.

Honestly, he is acting like a junior product manager not an EVP. I swear this guy does not have one strategic gene in his body. He is completely useless and at least 3 levels above his capability.
