I am reading all these comments, complaints and dissatisfactions about management in the US. Trust me it is NOTHING compared to the shitstorm we have to put up with in IO under this psychopath.
Nepotism, fear, incompetence, lies, bullying, favouritism (of the “old boys club” of “old IO” where the corrupt leaders are protected).
But the total and utter incompetence of how to run the business is worst and most damaging for Novo Nordisk.
How can LFJ leave this total idiot in this post earning millions per year?
 












A small man with a small man attitude. I have seen this guy in action in 2016 - he is an evil human being who would walk all over his mother to get ahead. The Polish guy Jurik that was in the US never stood a chance against the Doustdar self promotion PR machine… .
Yes NN needs a leaderships overhaul but I have little hope that LFJ has the balls or the capability to do it…

Doustdar and JWL (two idiots!) have lost the Ozempic “added benefit” in Germany... Meaning a huge price cut for Ozempic and possible withdrawal.
How this idiot can retain his job after also messing up the Ozempic reimbursement in Japan in 2019 is beyond me. Maybe he’s being protected because he has something on the ‘big boys’ in Denmark due to his wheeling and dealing over the years. There is no other way to explain this or for him to keep his job?
 






















































He is incompetent for sure - everyone knows that - but why is Lars not doing anything about this? What does that guy do for his 40 million DKK per year? He can’t even manage the ET and that madman Doustdar?
 












Doustdar is a complete control freak, micromanager and all-round nut-job.
The way people in IO and HQ speak about him is incredible - he is a joke. They see him for what he is: an incompetent with an entire “spin-machine” around him in the Zurich office preaching how great he is! How sad!
Others just “play the game” just to get by as loyalty to the god means bigger bonus and bigger salary even if you achieve nothing. With him, it’s never about Novo Nordisk or indeed patients - it’s all about MAZD!
