Don't understand the lies within the past month. Roll overs???? They new well in advance they would not be rolling us over. Just kept told us that so it would look good to stock holders in that "employees are happy" etc and not leaving of their own free will. Then, they had us enroll for benefits. Then bonuses are cut. Talk about mind games. This is the most unprofessional experience I will hopefully ever go through.
The calll this afternoon will last 60 seconds. What is there to say.

A good rep was #1 in the region for the whole year and let go but others stayed. REALLY?????? !!!!!!!!!!! How is that possible??

It really had nothing to do with sales performance within the region - same situation in our region...it wasn't the highest performing rep that was kept.

Believe it or not, that does make me feel better. So, what were the criteria then?

Have no clue, since we don't have a comprehensive list of those kept on, you can't determine any pattern/method to the madness. Maybe location? Did they choose whoever is centrally located to handle an immense territory...who knows.

Just filled my sons car with gas, soon to be mine, if they take $62 out of my pay check I want to be sure I have gas to get around. Card still works

I feel terrible for the ones who were laid off. It was done in such a cut throat way. I do want to clarify that from the people I have talked to, territories that were performing well, were kept. The pattern was very clear and consistent. There are even vacancies in some areas now.
