MASS LAYOFFS

I've heard the rumors also. I'm sure there will be no notice. Kind of unbelievable since it is the CEO who should go. Why hasn't DS gotten rid of her yet????

I believe she has worked for the company for something like 18 years. It was successful in the other divisions. This is a different animal in that it is a branded product, unlike American Regent selling generics for the most part anyway.
This is a tough sell against non branded opioids and generic Toradol IM/IV and oral.
Don't wait for the upper mgmt to be fired, not going to happen......

Remember the slide showing that Luitmold has the highest profit margin in DSI? Profit margin, not net profit dollars. This explains why she is satisfied with the status quo. Any additional costs (MC, IC plan, insurance - you name it) would negatively impact her standing with Nipon.

At the national meeting we were told there was going to be a great trip for top performers. Notice that has never been discussed since that point in time. The upper management is a fraud and they are trying to pawn Sprix off to a real company.

I left this douchebag company a long time ago. The fat angry women need to get laid and quit complaining. Also, the management tema and home office are all worthless. Get a clue? GET OUT NOW!!!

Layoffs are confirmed!

i did not sign on here - after careful consideration - and a rigorous interview process - to start looking approximately one year later. most of us feel this way. YOU hired the best so give us what we need to make YOU look good and make the most of OUR product. WE are part of this company too!!!!

Like I said you must be drunk, because you did sign on here. Bet you voted for John Kerry "I voted for the war before I voted against it." - but I still sent the soldiers to war and it is GWs fault. Ha! No way you were the best in the industry because you have worked for this company for a year. I worked for six months and could read the writing on the wall. Sprix will never amount to anything unless they cut the price by a minimum of fifty percent. Otc nsaids cost very little for mild to moderate pain relief. Sprix is only a narcotic sparing agent or a medication for people allergic to opiates. Dont know if you realize but doctors have been treating patients who should not take narcotics for decades, and the alternatives are dirt cheap. Also oral narcotics are unfortunately well liked by ninety eight percent of pain patients that is why they are used so often and they are cheap

SPRIX indication is for moderate to moderately severe pain. Not mild pain, efficacy is never in question.

And the CDC states that 15,000 of those 98% who like Opioids die of ODs every year and growing!

Please, any physician worth their salt understands the risks inherent with opiods. This is ancient news and laughable when presented as something "new". ER and company screwed the pooch when they failed to recognize the utility of Sprix with migraines.

Nice infirmation from cdc but docs dont care really! Ever talk to a doctor who acts or tells you that they are irresponsibly prescribing narcotics. Sprix does not offer near enough benefit to cost and the number of patients it does make since to is limited even with managed care. You would gave to cut the price by sixty seventy percent and then it might be acceptable to patients. Downside is the profits cant sustain a salesforce. The Re-launch wont offer enough to the medical community. You going to telle that this inept management team can re-launch this medication in two months. You guys need new co-pay cards immediately. $50.00 on front scares the hell out of Almost all patients and docs

The medical community, i.e. Prescribers, will care much more if opioids get a REMS status from the FDA. If you are not familiar with REMS, let me say it is a pain, time consuming for the staff, patients, Drs and the opioid selling company.

Contact Stanford and Whittels in DC they sucked alot of money out of Big Pharma companies maybe they can take this shitty little organization to the cleaners too.

Thanks, I believe I will be contacting a west coast attorney and calling my state labor and industry dept. I'm sure some of the ex Novartis friends may be of help too. They won a few $.
Does Screwpold even have a real legal dept? Ha
