No but why would it be a surprise. They have invested no money in the division and the sorry SOB's want even send us co-pay cards. Everyday weare one email away from unemployment- remember March- No warning just an email and a call from the DM and two weeks severance.

too bad all the recruiters out there know exactly what any unsuspecting candidate is actually going to be in for - including the printer requirement! not to mention reps talk and it is no secret how we are treated. why the company never bonded with us is odd....

Where there is smoke there is fire! No one heard a word from our CRACK management team
in March,there was no rhyme or reason to the decisions they made then,but what we do know is that this company is not selling anywhere close to enough Sprix to pay the salesforce and managers.It is only a matter of time before douchebag MJH pulls the plug!

If you people spent more time working and less time bitching maybe, just maybe you could do something with this product. After speaking w my DM, Regency did do a poor job, a poor job in hiring BMS, Pfizer, and other large pharma rejects crying below. Funny how I'm not seeing the same challenges you'll are. There was an obvious reason u were available for the job and maybe a good thing some of u are headed for the chopping block... Best of luck yet again losers! LOL

ost demotivating management team in history. Tell me one thing the top management team has said about the Sprix brand? Name one positive thing or anything they have said about where we are and where are we going and how are we getting to the land of Sprix prosperity. Stop thinking it is the unmotivated sales force. The only consistent thing about this company is the GLOOM and DOOM,we hear nothing from this so called management team about what they are going to do to improve the brand,NOTHING! The only thing good is the ability to look for a new job!
