Management at HGT sucks... It's a miracle that it took so long to fire Sylvie "living the dream in Paris" and Theresa, agree with a previous post that Phil Vickers is next. Since I have been working in his organization for a long time I know what kind circus he runs.
 










































At least in Europe HGT has been run by a group of old TKT cronies. They have seen the business as their own and are probably not at all happy with becoming a business unit at Shire. My guess is that we will see some of them leaving within 6 months. One group that will (hopefully) be hit hard is the franchise teams in Nyon. The franchises have been a lost cause from day one and must be gone.
The big question in Europe is what the reporting structure will look like. Will we keep national/regional GMs or will that be replaced with a silo structure within the BUs? Any thoughts?
 






























Colleagues think Flemming will be the saviour. He will wipe us out. Thank god somebody eliminated Dirk Moritz - he was unbearable and a complete incompetent asshole with apollo mission syndrome. Knew fuck all about strategy. Was med info person previously. Brought in wankers to lead his subfunctions. Thankfully Pedro and Faupel got fired too. Now the place is a better place to work but the damage is done

you have no idea how trued your 2nd sentence was. flemming is about to bring over all his cronies that have followed him from company to company. First batter up. Perry sternberg. This guy is a complete tool and liar. not to be trusted. next they will bring over kathy kobe. the worse micro manager you have ever seen. Brutal nasty biotch. Perry's hatchet man that fires all the existing people and replaces with her own. next will be their HR cronie belinda who reports back to them any complaints and covers their assesss.

If Yasick was smart he would have kept his hands off of our sales force and focused on runnin a business unit. He thinks he understands leadership and motivation. In reality, he has no clue on what motivates sales people and the importance of building a sales force.

This person makes a really good point. The people we have running the organization think they have done all these things to motivate people and what they don't realize is that they haven't had the support of the sales force for a long time and their false enthusiasm is obvious.
