Management on Steglatro

Why do you guys get so happy when things are good and so mad when things are bad? Have you not figured out that it is determined, way above your head, who wins and loses? Managed Care determines who wins and loses. If you are in a state that has a high volume of the plans that cover a particular drug, you will win. If you don't you are screwed! It has very little to do with skills, intelligence. Also, if you are hit with a ton of objective at the start of 1S or 2S, even though the plans in your area do not cover the drug with said objective, they want you gone. That's how it works.
Agree with everything you say except how it pertains to Steglatro. Everybody started out at 0 and plans are not really a factor at this point. It really comes down to a little luck and some skill as it pertains to this drug. The better reps generally show up better at launch when there is very little manipulation of goals because there is no history. Give it a couple of quarters then the goals will be adjusted and then some will get screwed while others will benefit.

I agree that Steglatro is really on a tear. Look at the latest numbers at a national level. Dave is really pleased his strategy is working. This has to be one of the greatest launches Merck has been involved with. Incidentally it is not only the south now that is blowing out the numbers. The south is still substantially ahead but take a look at the other parts as well
 










































salesperson not salesman. It is 2018 and our field force and excellent reps are people not men only. You are a dinosaur..

The market is telling our Salespeople through Non use that Stegosaurus is dead. 1 Trx a week from customers means there is something wrong with the drug... 4th to market with added benefit, no clinical, Not Needed.

Britton ‘s region is blowing Steglatro out of the water. Check out Gator. His districts are selling the shit out of Steglatro. Please recheck. Call his teams and ask them how they are doing it
