Could somebody please tell me what the Managed Care KAE's role are? Do they have a quota? Why do we have them? A doctor complained to me that they didn't follow up with a question they had. The Managed Care KAE told him they were his rep. We already have KAE's. Managed Care everything are a bunch of lazy sloths if you ask me. Zero accountability. Complete BS if you ask me or any other SME, KAE, or SDE. People who can actually sell.

Good summary. And don't leave out they try to force doctors into using us by threatening them with our contracts with various plans. That always goes over like a fart in an elevator.
 












good heavens, here the NE, we have a bunch of sleep walking dogs that sit at home all day and watch tv. main job responsibility seems to be researching and responding to health plan complaints about PSC wait times. We even have a VP who literally does nothing. nobody talks to him and he's not included in anything. told to stay home. he used to know someone at nj bcbs once so have everyone scared as he goes, account goes. not true. best part is, all negotiating is done by JW or BH. manage care avp lady in ne was clueless and in the dark as ibc philly discussions were going on. not even in loop.

anyone know if they are hiring? sounds like great gig.

Straight to the point - no BS.
 




























































It's funny to see people complaining about the Managed Care KAEs. Without them, you'd have to sell testing and services to accounts instead of waving health plan letters in front of doctors that say, "I know you don't want to use us, but you have to...see the letter". You should call your Managed Care KAE today and thank them that you don't have to sell service and testing....
