What company is that you work for again?
Yeah, that's for NEW reps coming on board. However, many existing reps got shafted with this new realignment in regards to not living in their territory or on the outer fringe of the geography.
Well I know a few people who have been made offers on the inventiv contact that have maybe 3 years pain experience and no more than
6 years total being offer over 80k to come on board. Many people that work for the organization make less than that.[/QUOTe
I heard something similar from a friend of mine that was interviewing. She said the offer was 80k. She was making 65k with her present company. This is crazy. Turnover rates will probably be high on the direct hire side but that is probably what they are looking for. No loyalty these days.
Good! Pay them 80k. Pay what it takes to get good qualified reps with more to offer than well I hovered around 150 on the rank report. Better reps they hire the better our company does which means we all stay employed. Thank you for seeking out and paying talent to help us succeed! I'm excited to work with such tenured and qualified reps. What do you call this years president club winner? Next years contract rep somewhere else. Nature of our business.
