Unlikely…NET reps/managers STARTED AAA. I find it unlikely that we’re on the chopping block. Tomorrow’s call will most likely be about when production issues are expected to be resolved and when we can expect to get back into our territories. Good luck everyone
 








Then why are we on separate calls? This sucks. Nobody signed up for this. Why can't anything under the NVS umbrella launch appropriately?
The reason for the separate calls is that the first one is letting the NET team know they are being let go. The second call is to inform the PSMA team they will now be getting trained on Lutathera.
 




I know life's not fair but this is crazy. I'm sure everyone that came to AAA did so because they thought it was going to be different than Novartis big pharma primary care. Management, please treat people like adults and with respect. You've created a culture of fear and micromanaging. It's oncology. Whoever is the metric driven freak above is living in lalaland.
