Sign of a failed launch! Drug is way overpriced and will fail. The clueless sales team won't be far behind. They were all hired and hand picked by CH. I've never seen such a failure in preparation and planning. Thus the departure!

He was a liability to Novartis the second he was brought on. All talk and no action. This isn’t Bayer and his cronies will be gone soon. AAA is a complete disaster. Great work Vas

What are you talking about? We have patients lined up waiting for this drug. The field isn't responsible for higher ups in Novartis trying to massacre the company. They're not responsible for production of product either. Grow up. These people have more fire in their belly to help patients than I've seen with multiple sales teams I've come across combined. Very disappointed in what's transpired. These people didn't sign up for the "Novartis Way"

You may think you have pat lined up but that comes down to reimbursement. Insurance doesn't pay it won't be used. CH failed at Dendreon, Bayer, Now here!!! Just because a company wants to charge alot for a drug doesn't mean you will get it. This company is a mini Bayer and they wernt so successful over there. This thing failed before it started!

No. Novartis failed this team. What are the odds that there's now production, quality issues? The entire AAA team knows their shit, knows their roles. Are you saying CH was in charge of pricing this? Bahahahaha. Victor and Rashima spent time with reps to actually see the difference in this sell. I'm embarrassed for this team. You must have not been brought over and are extremely bitter. It's not a good look.

Unfortunately I was too stupid to see what this turd was gonna become. So, like many here will be interviewing for a new job shortly. Big pharma can never have a small pharma feel. I wasn't impressed with CH and his Bayer entourage.

So well said, CH was an arrogant idiot who thought he was some expert. I hope Novartis looks at his direct hires and referrals first. The ex Bayer management team, Holy shit not one individual understands this drug from a clinical perspective. Clueless!!!!

The fact that CH hired a salesforce of reps with little to zero medical oncology experience is the real travesty. These PSMA reps think they should be calling on urologists for a post taxane patient. Now they are finding out it's hard to see their targets and are saying WTF? NC tried to stop this..but to no avail. Now one month into this coveted launch...the leader is gone! What a joke!

Chris you gave yourself away with the comment, "knows their roles!" What a complete idiot, no wonder you were fired. This drug can't be sold in some primary care presentation of "staying in your lane!!!" Great reps can do it all and have to circumvent the incompetent ass kissing key accounts, marketing managers, regional director ride alongside where they check your veeva calls per day. This is why pharma has failed many of us and finding a job where we are respected and not micromanaged is all we ask for. Ch is a finger pointer that blames the sales force when he doesn't get his way.

Hmm, the salesforce hasn't been here long enough to even do anything except drive demand. CH actually wanted to protect his people and help patients. Novartis allowed the majority of the team to be brought in from outside because of urology and prostate experience. These people came for AAA and not Novartis. What they've been dealing with is the piss poor culture from the oncology side. Everyone over there is miserable and pissed they didn't get to be in prostate. Many on the net side are miserable too. This has turned into a dumpster fire pretty quickly. Nobody signed up for the clown show they're getting. Thank God SW is about his people and the managers all seem like great leaders. Beyond that? Eeeek

CH has never wanted to protect his people, what bullshit! Let's be honest nobody does this job for the patients. They do it to make money! The patients is a bonus and you hope they benefit but profit is the pure motivation. Companies mention patients because no one can argue a good cause. If it was for patients then give the drug for free. SW not sure about him, nice guy but Leader???? The managers he hired are not leaders... let's be real!!! Showing reps families in a presentation is not a leader.

I'm on the net side and I'm admittedly jealous of the other side. The energy and excitement my teammate had was a shot in the arm for me. Our launch sucked and some didn't make bonus last year. I feel bad for them coming over and dealing with this restructure on top of launching. Writing is on the wall for us, but they seemed to be actually enjoying life up until last week.
