Time will tell on this deal. Galderma did walk away when it went over 100,000,000 million more than they had been willing to pay.
However, This whole thing shows how hard up branded company's are for new products. Galderma has to feed like 3 sales teams in the US they will try to be in any and all deals but they are not stupid enough to overpay for anything. That is why they will be around for a long time. Idiots have been predicting Galderma's demise for years. They are always wrong. I left Galderma several years ago and it is not better in other Pharma companys. Trust me! Most pharma reps are qualified to maybe make coffee at a starbucks. They are lucky to have an industry that has paid them as much as some of these little brats on these websites claim they make.
